The room on the second floor of the garage is accessed via a stairway up the back of the building, to a single door (shown at the rear of this photo).
DSC_1124.JPG 		Down the cut steps beyond the back yard is the barn/office, built when the addition was added. <br><br>The bottom level of the barn is 2,000 sq. ft. of concrete pad, with two metal-shutter, electrically operated doors. Each bay is two-cars deep. An engine hoist rides on the girders of the building. It looks very much inside like a pre-fab hangar. <br><br>The upstairs floor is a large rectangular room, carved out to where the roof slope becomes too steep. <br><br>The property beyond the gulley behind the barn was recently sold. They expect to build a craftsman-style home behind the trees in the upper left of this picture.

DSC_1129.JPG 		It's a little hard to see, but that's the main house, in the middle of the trees at the top of the hill. <br><br>This picture is taken from the track that winds around behind the barn to this lower part of the 45+ acre property.

This dirt track running along the bottom of the picture is approximately the property line. There is a wire fence just beyond the road/track, but we believe that fence is just on the other side of the property line. <br><br>The dry (light brown) area at the end of the track leading towards the back of the photo is a seasonal pond. It and the hills in view are part of a 131-acre parcel recently sold, with the expectation of a house going in to the upper-left beyond this picture. <br><br>After touring the garage and office room, we took a walk along this track, circling around the levels below the main house and towards its ocean views.
