Caption: This dirt track running along the bottom of the picture is approximately the property line. There is a wire fence just beyond the road/track, but we believe that fence is just on the other side of the property line.
The dry (light brown) area at the end of the track leading towards the back of the photo is a seasonal pond. It and the hills in view are part of a 131-acre parcel recently sold, with the expectation of a house going in to the upper-left beyond this picture.
After touring the garage and office room, we took a walk along this track, circling around the levels below the main house and towards its ocean views.
