One of the two bedrooms behind the kitchen, this one with full bath.
Hallway behind the kitchen (remember, it's a rounded octagonal house!).

The other bedroom behind the kitchen. This is the only one of the four bedrooms in the house without its own bathroom.

Main foyer, showing doors to the master bedroom (right) and guest room (left).

The small guest room built as part of the 1996 addition. The panel partially behind the sliding door to the small full bath is mirror, which helps make this tiny room appear a little more open. The windows look out on the back yard area.

Entrance to the master bedroom, as seen from the foyer.

The master bedroom. The entrance to the bath is to the right of the bed. Doors to one of the three large closets are shown next to the master bath entrance. The sitting platforms under the windows are all built-in drawers on ball-bearing sliders with lots of storage space.

Another view of the master bath. The structural glass on the righthand side of the picture is the large, walk-in shower area. I've always loved showers like this, with no doors, just a large open space to walk into. Also nice to jump between the hot Jacuzzi and a cooling shower. Life's rough...

The new master bathroom. The door straight ahead is to the separate toilet room. Note the large, jetted Jacuzzi tub. There are built-in shelving units on either side of the sink counter area, and built-in drawers and cabinets under the shelves and the sink counter.

More of the master bedroom, showing an additional closet and the one of the double entrance doors.

Of course, the windows look out on the spectacular views...

Leslie and Pete standing on the path from the back yard to the barn. The home and horse areas seen beyond them are the only nearby neighbor.

Despite this neighboring property having over 300 acres, their house is in the only part of the property the County would let them build: directly below the 4901 Stage Road property.

While an unfortunate location, at least it is not within any of the views from the main house.
